About Us
Our group had its beginnings in the summer of 1998 when three families, who met at area car shows, decided to see if there would by enough interest in forming a club with others who shared their love of classic rides.  A notice was placed in the local paper of a meeting to get organized and what is now known as "Top of Ohio Cruisers" (We are located at the highest point in Ohio.) was born.  In the fall of that year we held our first cruise-in at a local strip mall and raised about $500 for "Warm Coats for Kids".  In the spring of 1999, we joined with the LOGAN COUNTY LANDMARK PRESERVATION, INC. group in their efforts to restore The Holland Theatre, an elaborate multi-purpose theater built in 1931 in the style of 17th century Holland, by having a downtown cruise-in / car show.  Our goal was to raise money and awareness for the Holland Theatre project, but also make people aware of what our downtown had to offer.  There was a lot of apprehension and questions as to what such an event was by local officials and businesses.  Now we have 100% of their support and it has become the feature summer event for the area.  We are now preparing for our 10th annual Holland Theatre "Hot Summer Nights" Cruise-In to be held the second Saturday in August.  All proceeds from the event go to the restoration of the theatre.  More information about the Holland Theatre project can be found at www.thehollandtheatre.org

It was a 1975 Pontiac TransAm that took Don Walton back to his youth!  With a 455 HO engine, fire breathing bird on the hood and smokin' red color, he just couldn't resist!
